  • Develop a sales/purchase process blueprint with time lines
  • In the case of divestiture, prepare a comprehensive confidential information package on the client company
  • Identify and assess potential targets/suitors
  • Initiate discussions with potential target/suitors
  • Negotiate offers
  • Manage the due diligence process
  • Arrange the necessary financing
  • Oversee the documentation and closing process
